Thank you for shopping with Osherbal. We want you to be happy with every purchase. Because our products are food-grade (mustard oil and related edible items), we have a safety-first returns policy. Please read the following carefully — it explains when returns or refunds are possible and how to start the process.


1. Scope

This policy applies to purchases of Osherbal-branded products made through our official website and authorized online channels, unless a different return policy is stated at the time of purchase.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and food-safety considerations, Osherbal accepts returns only in the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged (leaking, broken, or visibly tampered with).
  • The product is defective or spoiled on arrival (off-odor, rancid, or clearly not fit for consumption).
  • You received the wrong product (different SKU, wrong size/variant) compared to your order confirmation.

Returns are accepted only if reported within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Products opened and used where there is no defect (normal change of mind).
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage/handling by the customer.
  • Perishable or partially used products unless they meet the damaged/defective criteria above.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Email our support team at support@osherbal.com OR use the “Returns” section in your Osherbal account.
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number.
    • Product name(s) and quantity.
    • Clear photos or short video showing the damage/defect and a photo of the package label.
    • A brief description of the issue.

We will review your claim and reply within 48 business hours with instructions. Do not dispose of the product until you receive return instructions, unless it is unsafe to keep.


4. Return Shipping

  • If we confirm the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Osherbal will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange collection at our expense.
  • If the return is not due to an Osherbal error (for example, customer arranged an optional return that we accepted), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs — we will clarify this when we reply.

Please pack returned items securely in original packaging if possible. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not packaged properly and which arrive further damaged.


5. Refunds & Replacements

After we receive and inspect the returned item (or after photographic evidence in cases where a physical return isn’t required):

  • Refunds: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. The actual credit time depends on the payment provider and bank.
  • Replacements: If you prefer and stock is available, we can send a replacement at no extra cost. Replacements are shipped once the original item is confirmed as defective or lost in transit.
  • Partial refunds: If only part of the order is defective, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

If Osherbal determines a return is not eligible (e.g., misuse, damage after delivery), we will notify you with reasons and next steps.


6. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@osherbal.com with order details and photos of the package condition. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work with you toward a replacement or refund.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges for a different product or size are handled as a return + new order. If your exchange request is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product), return shipping will be covered by Osherbal. Otherwise, standard return shipping policies apply.


8. Important Notes

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Please retain all original packaging and labels until the return is resolved.
  • Promotional or clearance items may have different return rules — these will be communicated at purchase.
